Tires Plus

I walked in first thing in the morning with a flat tire, every place in the area turned me away saying they did not have any techs, Jeff at the counter did not, he was able to call in a tech get my tire fixed and I made it to work on time. I can’t express how happy I was and how I would definitely recommend anyone in the Palm Bay Area this is your place to get your tires done. In addition to going above and beyond to get me to work on time the knowledge possessed by Jeff is second to none. He knew all the details of my vehicle like the back of his hand. I am definitely extremely happy with the service I received.

I had the best experience today. I drove down from Jacksonville to my daughters in Sebastian I had to get back to Orlando because my brother was admitted to the hospital but my daughter noticed my tire had the metal busting out of the seams on the inside of my front tire. They said no way I was going to drive to Orlando on that tire. We called Tire Plus and I explained my situation. They said come right in And we will take care of it. When I got there Ryan was amazing. Didn’t try to push me into things I didn’t want. He understood my situation and he as the manager took care of my car. It was less than 20 minutes and I was on my way. Ryan your customer service was over the top. I can’t thank you enough. We need more caring people like you. Thank you so much Cheryl

We have been taking all of our vehicles here for several years. We have never complained about anything from here till now. (The build up) It seems EVERY TIME we have taken vehicles here we get it back with something wrong. We have recently had our AC done on our Honda and it was taken back several times for it not being right…..IT STILL isn’t right and not cooling. We pay something every time we have to take it back to try to make it right. We have decided to just eventually take it somewhere else as summer now approaches. Took in our Bronco to have new rotors and brakes and received it back with 1 (Gold) open face lug nut and was told it was tire locks?! We don’t have any locks and it was only one 1 tire! Took it in and they switched it from a gold to silver and still wasn’t a matching lug nut, tech told me well it’s not an exact match but this is it. Informed him that was not acceptable and finally found one that matched. Had the radiator replaced on our Honda received it back with the AC again, not working and they put it back on the rack and discovered that the tech blew a wire off when he was rinsing the undercarriage from antifreeze again we had to bring it back just always

Matt David at Tires Plus on Babcock Road in Palm Bay, Florida is the only man in the automotive industry that I trust with my vehicles. I've been using Tires Plus since I was 17 years old. For 3 decades, Tires Plus has consistently delivered excellent pricing, superior service, quality parts, professional installation, and most importantly an honest evaluation of what needed to be fixed. They honor their warranties and take care of everyone who walks through their door. Cheers to Roxy and her certified technicians! Thank you 😊 🎄 🎅
